• Innovation is a part of our company heritage and our business culture, acting as a means for creating value.
• Here at Aldelís, innovation is essential to us. We are continually developing our products, formulas and latest production lines, working to provide our consumers with products which meet their current needs. We work with an innovation procedure and a research, development and innovation department.
• The success of our research, development and innovation strategy is a product of joint planning with our interest groups which ensures success and sustainable development in line with our principles.

OUR INNOVATION PROJECTS

• Conoce Project: pioner project in R+D+i at a national level to guarantee a more efficient and sustainable innovation process. Funded by the Industrial Technological Development Center (CDTI) within the framework of CIEN strategic projects.
• Avichain Project: application of blockchain technology for the synchronization of logistics and planning processes. Funded by the Industrial Technological Development Center (CDTI) in the framework of R+D+i projects.
• Nuevave Project: project to improve the shelf life of poultry meat and its derivatives. Funded by: FEDER/Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities – State Research Agency/ _Project RTC-2017-6146-2 within the framework of the State Program of R&D Oriented towards the Challenges of the Society, and co-financed by the European Union to promote technological development, innovation and quality research.
• European Project Induce: european project to improve energy efficiency. Funded by the European Commission within the framework of H2020 projects (CSA – Coordination and support action).
• Avisan Project: development of new protein-based healthy foods using big data technology. Funded by the Industrial Technological Development Center (CDTI) within the framework of R+D+i projects.
• MyALDELÍS Project: development of Virtual Pilot Plant generators that will allow simulating the response of a product or process in a sustainable way in the stages prior to its production. Funded by the Industrial Technological Development Center (CDTI) in the framework of R+D+i projects.
• ZeroW Project: project for the reduction of waste generated in food industries, through an advanced digital solution for the control and optimization of production lines. Funded by the European Union’s Horizonte 2020 research and innovation program within the Green Deal call.
• Alimente21 Project: project for the application of Artificial Intelligence in food production, with the aim of increasing the efficiency of industrial management, increasing its quality and safety and reducing environmental impact. Funded by the Industrial Technological Development Center (CDTI), with the support of the Ministry of Science and Innovation and co-financed by the Next Generation European Funds.
• Investment project for a Circular Future: acquisition of new equipment for the development of future R+D+i projects focused on the incorporation of 4.0, digital, sustainable and resilient technologies, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals and the European Green Deal. Funded by FEDER Funds 2021-2027.
