Preparation methods

  • Pan: On a vitroceramic or induction stove, place the pan over medium heat. Once it's hot, add the meat. Cook for 4 minutes on each side.
  • Air fryer: Preheat to 200ºC and cook for 6 minutes.

Applications

Ideal for any lunch or dinner served with a carbohydrate base such as rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes.
