Preparation methods

  • Pan: On a vitroceramic or induction stove, place the pan over medium heat. Once it's hot, add the meat. Cook for 2,5 minutes on each side.
  • Air Fryer: Preheat at 190°C and cook for 6 minutes.

Applications

Ideal for any lunch or dinner as the main course, served with a side of salad, or as a second course.
