Preparation methods

  • Pan: On a vitroceramic or induction stove, place the pan over medium heat. Once it's hot, add the meat. Cook for 2,5 minutes on each side.
  • Air Fryer: Preheat at 190°C and cook for 5 minutes.

Applications

Ideal for any lunch or dinner served with a carbohydrate base such as rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes. Thanks to the melted cheese, it is a source of calcium.
