  • Bulk: 1.300g

Preparation methods

  • Deep Fryer: Fry at 180°C for 2 minutes.
  • Pan: Preheat and cook with plenty of oil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
We recommend not to fry too many San Jacobo at once.

Applications

As a main course for any dinner, served with a green salad or vegetables. As a second course, paired with french fries or lettuce.
