Preparation methods

  • Microwave: Remove the protective film. Place in a microwave-safe container. Cut the chicken in half with kitchen scissors. Microwave at medium power (650-700 W) for 10 minutes. Remove and flip the pieces. Microwave for an additional 3 minutes. Let it rest for 1 minute and serve. When heating chicken dishes in the microwave, it's advisable to cover them with another plate or a microwave-safe plastic lid to prevent splatters.
  • Oven: Cold, open the plastic bag with a knife or scissors, cut the chicken, and place the portions in a tray, distributing the still-cold sauce among them. Then, broil for 10 minutes at 250°C and serve, drizzling the hot sauce over the chicken. While heating the chicken in the oven, you can fry some potatoes in the fryer to serve as a side dish.
