IBERIAN HAM CROQUETTES
Delicious and crispy croquettes made with pieces of Iberian ham.

- Tray: 190g
- Bulk: 1.200g
Preparation methods
- Deep Fryer: Preheat and fry for 3.5 minutes at 180°C.
- Pan: Preheat with plenty of oil and fry over medium-high heat for 3 minutes, flip, and cook for another 3 minutes. Do not fry too many croquettes at once.
- Air Fryer: Preheat for 2 minutes at 200°C. Lightly spray the croquettes with oil or brush them. Cook them in the air fryer without piling them up at 170-180°C for 15-20 minutes, depending on their size. Flip them halfway through.
Applications
