Preparation methods

  • Fryer: Preheat to 170˚C, cook for 4,5 minutes to reach 75˚C in the core of the product. Do not fry too many at a time.
  • Microwave: Remove the product from the tray and, for every 4 units, heat at maximum power (800W) for 2 minutes.
  • Air fryer: Preheat to maximum program temperature. Cook at 205˚C for 9 minutes to reach 75˚C in the core of the product. Let rest 1 minute.

Applications

These peppers are ideal as an appetizer, snack, or as a second course, served with a green salad.
