Fruit of the good work and professionalism of the entire Aves Nobles y Derivados S.L. is the IFS Certificate obtained in our facilities located in the Plaza Logistics Platform and Mercazaragoza, in Zaragoza.
TRACEABILITY
We monitor the entire value chain of our products, from the farm to the packaging process, in this way ensuring traceability. Through our 350 farms, we can ascertain the precise origin of each one of our birds and keep complete records about what they eat and drink. This provides us with many more quality guarantees, which in turn allows us to ensure stability in the end product, given that we always have access to the type of meat that we need for our products.
